Application tips and helpful hints
Learn as much about our business as possible: Read the financial press and use this site to help you understand what we do across our different divisions. Tell us why you think you would be a good fit for our firm and which areas you may be interested in developing your career.
Sell yourself: You will be required to provide an updated CV and a cover letter stating why you should be considered. This is a chance to sell yourself, so use a range of examples, both academic and non-academic to highlight your relevant skills and achievements.
Start preparing as soon as possible: You can’t prepare for some of the psychometric tests, so just answer honestly and as accurately as possible. It may help to think of situations where you demonstrated leadership skills and used creative thinking to come up with solutions to a problem. When it comes to presentation skills, back up your verbal and physical presentation skills with the competent use of technology.
